In envious's absence, this was my first purchase thru SR using all the steps, etc.
First, he responded to my inquiry in 20 mins. He shipped the same night; which was Mon. about midnight. Talk about customer service!
Rec'd today, about 1200 miles away. Packaging SUPERB!
Product was a good brand name. Everything went very smoothly.
I have no idea how to say his screen name. I just called him "Doc".
Doc was a real pleasure to do business with. He has 64 perfect feedbacks now.
I think you can trust him with your BTC. ;)

Glad I made an order with 'Doc'. Rec'd in two days, and packaging was great. Product is, of course, wonderful and the price was right. Very happy with this seller.
Communication was great, as well - super fast replies to messages. Very professional.

The other thing I do, is to leave as part of my comments in feedback, a note telling people to come to forums for more info.

I hesitate to post this prior to any resolution but have had an unsatisfying experience, so far, with MrDdro.
I ordered. Everything seems like it is going well. Quick response with tracking number. But it turns out that the product is being sent to some address other than mine. The tracking number doesn't show the address, just the zip but that is wrong. And it says that a notice was left. I was home at the time specified and, even if somehow I wasn't, there was no notice on my door.
Two other minor concerns - the tracking indicates that they didn't leave the package in spite of the fact that MrDdro says a signature will never been needed and my street doesn't exist in the zip code that they say they were delivering to, so if only the zip were wrong things likely would be delivered to the correct address anyway.
I sent two messages to MrDdro with details but have not seen any responses from him even though he has been online at SR since the messages have been sent.
Has anyone else had anything funny like this happen? MrDdro has nothing but sterling reviews but this just doesn't feel right.

when you found out the tracking number did not contain your ZIP did you immediately contact Ddro?
communication with seller is CRITICAL and of the essence especially with tracked items.
MDdro is here, and will probably have an answer for this better than I can possibly derive :)
I would wait for him to respond to your post for an honest answer.

hmmm idk my mail carrier just leaves the package outside on the porch if there was a mix up witht he address or it was too big for the mailbox.

the zip didn't show up until the morning the package arrived at the zip. the zip is next door to my zip, so i thought it was just where they were processing the mail. but that zip doesn't have my street - if you do a google search of my address with that zip it shows the correct address in the correct zip.
i did contact MrDdro as soon as I saw attempted delivery while i knew i was home and that a notice was left when i received none.

I received my shipment from MrD the other day three days after ordering. Very pleased. I placed another order and looking forward to it's arrival.

The number is off by 1. I would offer that I could have entered it wrong but that would be a first. It's one of those things that I type regularly and the wrong number stands out when looking at it.
MrDdro has made an excellent suggestion as a solution. I like his approach. It just feels right.
I will keep all posted on progress. Thanks for your advice along the way.

update: package arrived as apparently it should have earlier. I've communicated with MrDdro and appreciate his efforts. He maintains his 100%.

+1 for stellar experience with MR-D-Dro. This kitty thought It was pronounced Mr Magoo McGillacutty. I know not really it's just how I always read it. I placed my order on Saturday and it arrived on Monday. Magic I say, fucking magic!

I know I'm just stating the obvious but MrDdro is an Amazing vendor! Packaging and communication are perfect. Purchased Saturday morning. Received on Tuesday morning.
